We finally found a beer garden that serves HB - the best beer in the world.
It’s got us excited about heading to Oktoberfest in just a few weeks! :)
Okay, sorry for all the bubble tea pictures lately, but I’m used to having them all the time back home in Vancouver, and I finally found one that was authentic and super good - in Frankfurt! :)
They had my preferred drink: passion fruit slush with lychee jelly.
We were in Frankfurt where we had the pleasure of catching some of the European Ironman Triathlon. Very cool!
We have really gotten into taking boat cruises when we go to different cities. Such an inexpensive way to see the city!
So far, we’ve done them in Venice, Amsterdam, Berlin, and now Frankfurt. The gondola in Venice was the most scenic, but the canal tour in Amsterdam was the most informative.
These white ICE trains in Germany are super fast compared to the slow, rambling regional trains that we usually take.
